Back at blogging

Well I am back to blogging once again, for the first time in more then three years. This is a very cathartic means for me. In times of great struggle and great happiness I think we all find it helpful to write our thoughts down.

Entering my senior year of college (woa) ... I have really evolved since the day I entered college. Mount Ida College has seen me through some really good and some really bad times. Through a few different relationships as well, some long lasting and some not. Its difficult to write down all my experiences into a single blog entry. However I think whats important here is to know that I have truly grown for the better.

Now thats been said heres whats been recently going on with me...

I have been working for Mount Ida campus police for three years, and for the first time worked for them this summer. It has been working out well, I enjoy who I work with for the most part. Which is always important. As far as my law enforcement experience is concerned, I have learned a lot from working there. A lot of what not to do, but overall a good experience none the less.

Classes have been going well so far, DAY 2 into the school year. This damn math class is killing me, but I figure its just 50 minutes three times a week ... just get through any way I can. I am currently taking a course called "Drug Interactions" with a undercover state trooper. He is a good guy. Very tough around the edges but I know I will sure as hell learn a lot from him. He is also on the State SWAT team as a tactical medic.

I am living off campus now, in Boston. Enjoying it. Anyone that has come and stopped by my place seems to like it. Its my first place ever so I don't have much of a sense whether its really anything great or not. I just got a 20 gallon fish tank, in a few weeks after the water settles and filters I will put my fish in from my 10 gallon into that.

I am still driving my Jeep even after a front end MVA. It was not exactly my fault, yielding taking a left on campus as a car comes from the other side and tries to beat a red light and smashes his little Honda civic into my car. $4,000 of damage. Internal bleeding which the ER only told I had 12 hours after I was discharged. That ended up clearing up ... only after a trip back into Boston Beth Israel.

More to come tomorrow ... because writing has become very relaxing.
